At the spring edition of Florall, which took place on March 5 at Waregem Expo, 67 producers and 13 supply and export companies presented their spring offerings.

From 7 to 9 February 2024, Fruit Logistica will be held in Berlin. Thirty-one Flemish suppliers of fruit, vegetables, potatoes and fruit trees will be present, accompanied by three fresh produce auction houses and three trade associations.

In 2024, Messe Essen will hold the international trade fair for plants for the 40th time. The IPM has long since established itself as the world’s leading trade fair for horticulture. In this jubilee year, 32 Flemish horticultural companies will come along to present themselves at three joint stands under the umbrella of Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board, VLAM.

140,000 trade visitors from 200 countries were reunited at Anuga in Cologne from 7 to 11 October 2023. Flanders' Agricultural Marketing Board, Fresh From Flanders was represented with three joint stands at the leading global trade fair for the food sector and draws an extremely positive balance. The Flemish stands were very busy on all days of the fair.

From 7 to 11 October 2023, the global food industry will meet in Cologne. At the three group stands of the Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board, VLAM, around 40 companies will present themselves to international trade visitors. Belgium has a lot to offer in the area of agrifood. With an export value of around 8.7 billion euros, above all beef, pork and veal as well as poultry, rabbit and dairy products score well with foreign clients.

From 8 to 10 February 2023, thirty-two Belgian suppliers of fruit and vegetables, potatoes and fruit trees, together with three trade associations and four fruit and vegetable auctions, will present themselves at the joint stand of Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board, VLAM, at Fruit Logistica in hall 27, at stand A 22.

IPM Essen is the place to meet for the international horticultural sector and Belgium has had several group stands since the trade fair’s inception. Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board (VLAM) will be present at the next edition, together with 36 Flemish horticultural companies.

VLAM (Flanders' Agricultural Marketing Board) will again be present at SIAL with three sectors of activity: fresh meat (hall 6 F234), poultry (hall 6 J104-120) and dairy products (hall 7 D197).

The Floraliën Ghent will be held from Friday, 29 April to Sunday, 8 May 2022 at the ICC, the Floraliën hall and the Kuipke in the Citadelpark of Ghent. It will be a gigantic indoor garden covering 1.5 hectares with a discovery trail that is 1.5 km long.

The Belgian garden at the Floriade Expo from 14 April to 9 October 2022 is taking shape. The Flemish horticultural sector is also looking forward to the exhibit. Flanders’ Agricultural Marketing Board put landscape architect Nicolas Godelet in touch with numerous leading companies.

After an intensive deliberation phase during which various aspects of the candidates were taken into account, the jury made the decision to award Gold to Callicarpa bodinieri ‘Magical Snowqueen’. Cortaderia ‘Tiny pampa’ got a silver medal and Echinacea ‘SunSeekers Apple green’ received bronze.
